Preparation

To help us provide the best service possible, we ask clients to:

  • Secure pets when necessary.

  • Pick up excessive clutter before service.

  • Ensure access to the home at the scheduled time.

  • Notify us of any special concerns or areas requiring extra attention.

Cancellation &

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service at no charge.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service amount.

The cancellation fee will be waived if the client reschedules their cleaning appointment within 30 days.

No-shows or inability to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time may be treated as a late cancellation.
